Do you handle the migration?
Yes - we handle the full migration from your current host at no extra charge. There's typically zero downtime and we keep your old hosting live until the new site is confirmed working.
What plugin licences are included?
Elementor Pro, ACF Pro, Rank Math Free, and WPCodeBox 2. These alone would cost £400–500/year if purchased separately. They're included in all hosting and care plans. Need Rank Math Pro? Available as a £10/mo bolt-on.
What's the difference between Basic and Plus Care?
Basic is monthly maintenance and monitoring - great for straightforward sites. Plus adds priority support, staging, and quarterly reviews - better for active business sites or ecommerce.
What if I need more support hours?
We offer bolt-on support blocks of 2 hours at £160 + VAT, and content update packages for clients who need regular page changes or new content published.
What counts as support hours?
Support hours cover: bug fixes, plugin troubleshooting, small content updates (swapping text, replacing an image, updating a phone number), form changes, minor layout tweaks, and emergency response when something breaks. They don't cover new page builds, new features, or anything requiring design work - those are quoted separately as project work or booked via a VIP Day. If you're not sure whether something fits, just ask and we'll let you know upfront.
Is 1 hour per month (Basic Care) enough?
For most brochure sites that don't change often, yes – it's enough for the occasional content tweak or small fix. If you're regularly updating content, launching new pages, or running campaigns that need site changes, the 3 hours included in Plus Care will stretch further. If you're not sure, start on Basic and upgrade if you find yourself hitting the limit – we'll flag it when you do.
