UX & Accessibility Audit

Find the leaks in your conversion funnel.

Your traffic isn't converting. Your bounce rate is high. Something is wrong – but you can't see it from the inside. A forensic review that tells you exactly what to fix and in what order.

You can't see the problems from the inside.

You've looked at your own website so many times you've stopped seeing it. We come at it fresh – with 20 years of UX experience – and we find the things you've stopped noticing.

Conversion friction you've normalised

Forms with too many fields. CTAs in the wrong place. Confusing navigation. Pricing that's hard to find. These things stop visitors converting – and you've probably stopped noticing them.

Accessibility issues that cost you legally

If you serve the public sector or are a public sector body, WCAG 2.1 compliance isn't optional – it's a legal requirement. We check and document your compliance status formally.

Mobile experience that's losing you leads

Over 60% of web traffic is mobile. Sites that look fine on desktop often have broken layouts, tiny tap targets, and impossible-to-read text on a phone. We check both.

The deliverables

Two levels. Pick the one that matches the stakes.

The Audit tells you what is wrong and in what order to fix it. The UX & Conversion Audit goes further - it looks at your analytics, your competitors, and the specific journeys where revenue is leaking, then designs the fix.

From the founder

You can't see what's wrong with your own site. You've looked at it too many times. I come at it fresh - with 20 years of UX experience and no attachment to the decisions that were made. That detachment is the entire value of the audit.

Questions

What people ask about the audit.

What kind of sites do you audit?

Any business website – service companies, professional practices, ecommerce, charities. If it has visitors who aren't converting as well as they should, we can audit it.

How long does it take?

We deliver the full report, follow up call, and fix list within 5 working days of payment. The debrief call is then scheduled at a mutually convenient time – usually within the same week.

Can you fix the issues you find?

Yes. The VIP Day is designed exactly for this – a full day to implement the high-priority fixes. At £1,500, with your £250 credited back, the net cost is £1,250. Many clients pair the audit with a VIP Day to implement the fixes.

I need to prove WCAG compliance to a client or regulator. Is this enough?

Probably not. This audit assesses accessibility across up to 10 pages as one of five dimensions - it is a conversion-first review. If you need a defensible conformance position, the dedicated Accessibility Audit tests every distinct template against every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion and gives you a drafted accessibility statement you can publish. It starts at £1,500.

What is the difference between the £749 and £1,995 tiers?

The £749 audit tells you what is wrong and in what order to fix it, across up to 10 pages. The £1,995 UX & Conversion Audit adds your own GA4 funnel data, a benchmark against three named competitors, journey mapping for your two highest-value conversion paths, and wireframed redesign recommendations for three key templates. Buy the first if you want a clear fix list. Buy the second if a point of conversion rate is worth real money to you.

Is this the same as a technical SEO audit?

No - we focus on user experience and conversion. We'll note obvious technical SEO issues if we see them, but the audit is not a replacement for a dedicated SEO review.
