Normal agency projects drag on because no one has skin in the game on the day. When I give you a full day, I'm 100% focused on your project - nothing else. The time constraint isn't a limitation. It's the whole point.
Questions
What people ask about the VIP Day.
What if we don't finish everything in one day?
We scope the day carefully upfront to make sure we're not overcommitting. If something genuinely takes longer, we discuss options - but in 99% of cases a well-scoped day finishes on time.
How far in advance do I need to book?
VIP Days are capped at 4 per month. The sooner you enquire, the more choice you'll have on dates.
Do I need to be available all day?
Not all day - but you need to be available for the 09:00 kickoff call and responsive to Slack messages throughout. Key decisions need quick answers to keep the momentum going.
Can I split a VIP Day across two projects?
Yes – if both projects can realistically fit in a day, we can split the time between them. We'll scope the day in advance to make sure both deliverables are achievable. This works best when one of the two projects is small (a landing page tweak, a form rebuild) rather than two equally ambitious builds.
How is this different from your Launch tier (also £1,500)?
Same price, different way of working. The Launch tier is a traditional project: we design, you review, we refine, we launch - usually over a week. The VIP Day is an 8-hour live build where we work alongside you in real time on Slack. Pick Launch if you want time to think between feedback rounds. Pick VIP Day if you want the whole thing done, together, in a single day.
Rescheduling and cancellation
VIP Day bookings can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 5 working days' notice - just tell us and we'll find a new date. Inside 5 working days the fee is normally charged in full, as the day is held exclusively for you and we turn other work away to keep it - but we'll always try to move your booking rather than lose it.
