When you complete the booking, you’ll choose your preferred platform (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams). The link will be included in your calendar invitation and confirmation email.
Yes. Once you receive the calendar invite, feel free to forward it to any colleagues who need to join the discussion.
Life happens. There is a “Reschedule” link at the bottom of your confirmation email. We ask for 24 hours’ notice where possible so we can open the slot to other clients.
If you select the 15-Minute Triage, yes—it’s a free discovery chat. If you are an existing client, this is part of your support time. Note: Deep-dive technical consultancy for non-retainer clients may be billed—we will let you know beforehand if that applies.
